Everybody is good! My name is Amy, I am a girl from the UK, would be glad to discuss with you my life, I think a person's life, to be meaningful, and be healthy, please listen to my life right now.
During the holidays, I often get up at 7 o 'clock, after getting up, eat breakfast, I often eat two pieces of bread and a cup of milk, two Fried eggs. Will change the pattern to eat, sometimes with some vegetables, such as carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes. Because I think that will have to be a healthy breakfast, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
After dinner, I go to the playground, such as push-ups, long-distance running, walking and hiking. I often see some friends or old man, will exercise with them.
When I come home, at the stairs again, I will go back and forth a few more, so that is good for health.
The rest of the time in the morning, I was used to study and leisure. Such as reading, writing assignments. Lunch I often eat rice, tomato egg soup, sausage, potatoes. Because I need plenty of energy.
The afternoon I went to the gym to exercise, such conducing to physical and mental health.
After dinner, I will rest for an hour, drink a large glass of water before going to bed on time go to bed at nine o 'clock.
