  Exercises and sports  
  If we exercise regularly, we will have a strong body and a sound mind. We should be in the habit of doing exercises regularly. Some daily activities such as walking and walking up staircases are forms of exercise too.  
  There are different kinds of sports. We should consider our interests and abilities when choosing sports promote team work and team spirit. We can make friends through playing sports too.
