I'm Li Hua, a customer of your hotel. I'm writing to ask something about my trip to London.
My flight will arrive at 8 P.M on 15th ,July. So I would like to know how I can get to your hotel from London Heathrow Airport?Can I take a bus or a metro？Then I'm eager to know whether I can have a meal in the hotel or outside , and whether your hotel can offer meals? Most importantly , can you recommend me some places of interest in London? I don't know which places will be closed during the winter vacation. So it's necessary to have your advice.
