I think I’m pretty healthy. I exercises three or four times a week, usually after I finish my homework at home. My eating habits are pretty good. I try to eat a lot of vegetables every day, because my mother wants me to eat them. She says they are good for my health. And I love fruit and milk. I think they are delicious, so I have them every day. As for coffee, I can’t stand it! Because I don’t like the smell and it is bad for my health. And I don’t like junk food, so I eat it once or twice a month. Of course, I love meat, and I eat it five or six times a week. Oh, I sleep nine hours every night. So you see, I look after my health. I think it’s very important to have a healthy lifestyle. It helps me get good grades. Good food and exercise help me to study better.
