I think I'm pretty healthy. I exercise three times a week. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat fruit every day and try to eat a lot of vegetables. And I drink milk three times a week.
It can help me keep healthy. I eat junk food once a week although I like junk food very much. Because it's important to eat less junk food. I often study late but I try to sleep more than eight hours every night to keep healthy. I'm not too stressed out and I always try to keep happy. It's good for my health. So you see I have a healthy lifestyle and I look after my health. I'm happy and healthy now
