Every time when I see birds flying high in the sky wild carefree there is a surge of admiration FORM the bottom of my heart: how wonderful if I could fly like a bird!
Before I attended school my father was often on business trip. There were several nights when I was lying awake in bed with nothing on my mind but the word “fly”. How excited proud it would be to sit in the plane sail the blue heavens!
When I was 5 years old mom bought me a little balloon. By accident I let it go with the wind. I saw it float away FORM me further further asked myself whether it could also take me away up high towards the sky. I even did some experiments without a happy ending. However the word “fly” never faded away with those silly romantic ideas…
When I was in my first grade I saw people flying in some films. I tried to dig out the mystery of their flying ability only to find that there is actually a rope behind their backs.
I have wanted so much to fly…
I want to fly onto the moon to see how the moon fairy Chang E her rabbit are doing…
I also want to pay a visit to the sun to ask her why it is so hot in the summer…
I want to fly to the woods to sing dance with the birds play hide--seek with the bears..
I want to fly to the ocean to feel the wind on its waves seek the treasure in its heart..
I want to fly to the desert to touch its golden ss
fly to the mountains to feel its icy stone..
And what I have wanted the most is to fly to you to bring you the greetings FORM the moon the sun the woods the ocean the mountains…
in fact you are the wind beneath my wings.
